Bulk earthworks, end to end.
Cut and fill
Bulk cut in residual soil and weathered rock, engineered fill placement in 200 to 300 mm lifts, and cut-to-fill balancing to minimise import and disposal. Level and grade held by GPS and total-station setting-out. Rock excavation by hydraulic breaker where ripping is not viable.
Mass haul and spoil
Haul-road construction, watering and dust control, and mass movement of cut to fill or to stockpile with articulated dump trucks. Import of engineered fill and cart-away of unsuitable material where the site cannot balance. Banksman-controlled haul routes and public-road interface.
Platform and building-pad creation
Development platforms and building pads formed to design level and tolerance for townships, industrial facilities, and hillside lots. Proof-rolling, sub-soil drainage, and geogrid or soil improvement interface where soft ground or fill depth requires it.
Subgrade, roads and drainage
Subgrade preparation and final trim to CBR specification, internal road formation, kerb and drain lines, culverts, and earth drains. Camber and formation held by motor grader, compacted and tested lift by lift for adoptable road standards.
Erosion and sediment control (ESCP)
Silt traps, sediment basins, wash-down bays, cut-off drains, and perimeter bunds installed before bulk works, then maintained and monitored for DOE (JAS) and JPS requirements through to landscaping handover. Temporary turfing and slope protection on exposed faces.
Integrated geotechnical scope
Earthworks that ties directly into retaining walls, reinforced-soil structures, soil nailing, and slope stabilization under one CIDB G7 contract, so the platform, the walls, and the slopes are one programme and one point of responsibility, not three subcontract interfaces.
