Land development geotechnical contractor in Malaysia.
Specialist scope for residential, commercial, and industrial developers. Hillside platform creation, mass earthworks, retaining wall systems, slope stabilization, and drainage delivered as one integrated package. Bandar Batu 18 Semenyih: 120,000 m³ earthworks plus 11,000 m² retaining face. Bandar Serendah: 540,000 m³ engineered fill across 7 retaining structures. Mukim Sentul Seremban: 5,000 m² modular RE wall plus 6,000 m² cut platform. Single accountability across earthworks plus retaining plus slope plus geosynthetics (STRATA via Starwall, our sister company). CIDB G7. ISO 9001:2015.
What we deliver on every site.
Mass earthworks
Cut, fill, mass haul, platform creation. Compaction to 95-98% MDD per JKR / BS 1377. Cut-fill balance on hillside sites; imported fill on lowland; layered placement with continuous nuclear density gauge testing.
RE / MSE walls (vertical)
StrataWall (precast panel face) + StrataGrid PET reinforcement. Heights 8-25 m for federal-grade infrastructure or larger commercial schemes. Faster and cheaper than RC cantilever above 8 m.
StrataBlock segmental walls
Concrete-block facing + StrataGrid geogrid tail-back. Architectural finish (split-face, smooth-face, weathered, colored). Standard for residential and commercial schemes 1-12 m height where finish matters.
Slope stabilization (cut faces)
Soil nailing + shotcrete face on cut slopes between platforms. Class III/IV per JKR for hillside grades. Drainage chutes and erosion control as integrated scope.
Drainage
StrataDrain geocomposite behind retaining walls (replaces aggregate drainage layer). Horizontal drains lower groundwater on water-driven slopes. ESCP-compliant erosion control through construction.
Geosynthetics supply
StrataGrid, StrataBlock, StrataWeb, StrataTex HSR, StrataDrain via our group sister company Starwall (sole STRATA Malaysia distributor). Manufacturer warranty, batch traceability, manufacturer engineering support.
Submission-ready for every authority.

We work directly with the appointed C&S, geotechnical, environmental, and drainage consultants to align design with submission. Most developer engagements are full design-build for the geotechnical scope.
Why developers engage one contractor.
Land development geotechnical scope is interface-heavy: earthworks contractor, retaining wall specialist, slope stabilization specialist, drainage subcontractor, geosynthetic supplier, ESCP installer. Each interface is a coordination cost and a defects-liability dispute waiting to happen.
We collapse the whole stack into one specialist contract. Same project manager owns earthworks, retaining, slope, drainage, geosynthetic supply (STRATA via Starwall sister company), and ESCP. No interface gaps, no fingerpointing, one warranty chain.
One mobilisation
One site office, one HSE plan, one quality plan, one programme, one defect liability period.
Cost predictability
Lump-sum or unit-rate covers the whole geotechnical envelope. No variation orders for "interface" scope gaps.
Schedule ownership
Programme dependencies between trades managed in-house, not at the developer's PMC level. Faster delivery.
Defects accountability
One entity for the whole 12-24 month DLP. No "supplier vs installer" disputes when something needs fixing.
