Why we own our plant
We don't sub the geotechnical work to chains of vendors - the drilling crew, the grout plant, the shotcrete team, and the supervisor are all Infraconcrete. That's why programmes hold and quality is consistent across the projects we've delivered. If your project needs same-day mobilisation in the Klang Valley or scheduled mobilisation across Malaysia, send the brief to

- Density 1.85-1.95 g/cm^3 by mud balance
- Pre-construction trial mix and certified test reports
Colloidal vs paddle mixer. Colloidal mixers produce stable, low-bleed grout suitable for permanent geotechnical works. Paddle mixers (drum mixers, low shear) produce unstable grout that bleeds and segregates - acceptable for temporary works but NOT for permanent anchors / nails per BS 8081 / EN 1537. Specify colloidal mixer in the contract spec.

| Mobile elevating work platform (MEWP) - boom lift / scissor lift | any (level-ground access) | Mid-height inspection, finishing | 2-person, 250 kg |
| Cable-supported platform | any (very tall / cliff-face) | Specialist - rope access teams, drilled anchors | 1-2 person specialist crew |
| Track-mounted spider rig (self-platform) | any (rough terrain) | Klemm KR 805-3 G2 self-traverses without separate scaffold | n/a (rig is the platform) |
Slope-platform mapping. Selection driver is slope angle, total face height, drilling depth, equipment weight, and access. For a 30 m vertical-to-near-vertical permanent slope (typical hillside development cut): suspended scaffold for upper half, system scaffold for lower bench. For a 60-degree 15 m slope: tube-and-coupler scaffold or system scaffold. For a 45-degree gentle slope: track-mounted spider rig directly on the cut face. Working at height + working from suspended platforms requires DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health) certified scaffolders, signed off scaffold inspection records, fall arrest harnesses + lanyards.
