Enabled spaces across Malaysia.
Each entry covers the location, the challenge, and the solution. Where multiple contracts or phases share the same location, they sit together on one card with the sub-items named inside. Infraconcrete is a leading slope specialist and geotechnical contractor in Malaysia. CIDB G7 (highest grade). ISO 9001:2015 certified. Project experience with property developers, consulting engineers, geotechnical and C&S consultants, main contractors, and federal scope (JKR, LLM, MOW, KKR specifications).
Federal landmark technical references and historical landslide cases (Pan Borneo Highway, KL to Singapore HSR, MRT2, Highland Towers, Bukit Antarabangsa, Bukit Lanjan) sit on the federal project case studies page as engineering reference material rather than as client work.

Challenge: No direct road link between the Felda Bukit Jalor settlement and Gemas, restricting daily access for the community.
Solution: Constructing a new connector road across the terrain, opening up year-round access between the settlement and the town.
Alam Impian Township
Alam Impian, Shah Alam, Selangor
Challenge: Five raw township precincts (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) needing fully integrated multi-discipline scope to become developable platforms ready for residential build-out.
Solution: Delivering earthworks, soil improvement, soil nailing, retaining walls, drainage, and a flood detention pond as a single coordinated multi-discipline scope across the five precincts.
SAMAMARA Bandar Serendah Industrial Facility
Bandar Serendah, Hulu Selangor
Challenge: A national auto-industry platform at Bandar Serendah needing an integrated platform for a spare parts centre with mezzanine, canteen, electrical pavilion (SSU 11 kV), guard houses, and bus stop.
Solution: Delivering platform earthworks and multi-structure site preparation for the auto-industry platform, enabling all the planned structures to take their positions on the developed site.
Kwasa Damansara Common Infrastructure (Phase 2)
Kwasa Damansara, PJU-4, Petaling, Selangor
Challenge: The Kwasa Damansara township development at PJU-4 needing Phase 2 of common infrastructure plus a water reservoir to support the township's continued progression.
Solution: Delivering common infrastructure works plus the water reservoir together as one integrated scope, unlocking the next phase of township development.
Bandar Ulu Kelang Spine Road
Bandar Ulu Kelang, Gombak, Selangor
Challenge: A multi-phase 3-storey terrace residential cluster (phases covering 41, 40, 25, and 7 units) needing a 100ft internal spine road plus supporting earthworks, drainage, and retention to enable the residential build-out.
Solution: Building a 100ft internal spine road plus supporting earthworks, drainage, and retaining wall across the development phases.
Welbuilder Earthworks (Phase 5B)
Mukim Jeram, Kuala Selangor, Selangor
Challenge: A township development phase covering 10 lots (14214 to 14223) plus part of state land, needing earthworks and retention to create the platform.
Solution: Delivering earthworks and retaining wall as a single scope across the lots, preparing the platform for development.
Scientex Park Hulu Langat Earthworks
Mukim Hulu Langat, Selangor
Challenge: Three lots (53655, 53656, and 4955) of undeveloped land in Mukim Hulu Langat earmarked for a Scientex Park mixed development, needing earthworks to become buildable platforms.
Solution: Delivering earthworks across all three lots to create the developable platform for the mixed-development scope.
Mukim Rawang Mixed Development
Rawang, Gombak, Selangor
Challenge: Multiple lots in Mukim Rawang earmarked for mixed development, each needing earthworks platforms to enable subsequent construction.
Solution: Delivering earthworks across the lots to create the multi-lot platform, ready for the mixed-development build-out.
Section U10, Shah Alam
Section U10, Mukim Bukit Raja, Shah Alam, Selangor
Challenge: A residential and commercial development on Section U10, Mukim Bukit Raja, needing both engineered retention at the platform edge for a 147-unit residential phase and multi-stage slope stabilisation across cut faces created during platform development.
Solution: Delivering Phase 4A reinforced soil wall (147-unit phase) plus four stages of Centralfields slope stabilisation (Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4) across the development, setting up the slope-stable platform for stage-by-stage build-out of the residential and commercial scope.
Eco Terraces Earthworks (Phase 2)
