Civil, M&E, and related sectors.

Sectors we do not currently serve: petrochemical, offshore oil and gas, pharmaceutical cleanroom, semiconductor cleanroom. These require operator certifications and QA systems beyond our current scope. We refer those enquiries to specialist contractors.

Material focus is deliberate.

GI tubular scaffolding (hot-dip galvanised steel tube with cup-head couplers) is the oldest and most versatile scaffolding system in the Malaysian market. It excels where system scaffolding (Cuplock, Ringlock, Kwikstage, Layher) struggles: irregular geometry, access scaffolding around existing structures, bridge and tunnel access, formwork support (shoring), independent and putlog scaffolds for facade and painting, chimney scaffolding, repair and renovation work.

Our focus on GI tubular is deliberate: it keeps inventory simple, lets us serve the widest range of job types, and keeps the material in high stock-turn circulation. Code framework.

PE, Competent Person, Competent Scaffolder: all three under one roof.

Malaysian scaffolding regulation (BOWEC Regulations 1986, OSHA 1994, DOSH Industry Code of Practice for Scaffolding) assigns three distinct roles to three distinct certified persons. For a legally compliant scaffold on a Malaysian site you need all three. Working with Infraconcrete, you get all three under one contract.

This matters because the three roles cannot be done by any single person; a PE is not legally a scaffold inspector, a competent scaffolder is not legally a PE, and so on. Many Malaysian jobs end up with three separate contractors or vendors covering the three roles, which creates coordination friction and gaps in accountability. Our full service bundle collapses all three into a single contract under our CIDB G7 ISO 9001:2015 QA framework, with role-appropriate certification evidence provided to the client or main contractor.
