DOSH-certified competent scaffolder crew erects GI tubular scaffolding to approved design, dismantles safely at end of project. We work on your material (if you have your own) or ours (if you want rental + erection in one). Standalone service (you handle the material, we erect) or bundled with rental, PE certification, and DOSH green tag inspection as part of our full service bundle. CIDB G7, ISO 9001:2015. Six work phases.
- Pre-erection survey: walk-through of the site with the site team, confirm access, loading area, obstructions, services, and tie points. Confirm approved design matches site reality.
- Material lay-down and sorting: organise tubes, couplers, jacks, planks, and accessories on site in erection sequence.
- Erection: level base jacks on sole boards, erect standards with sleeve joints, add ledgers and transoms, lay platforms, add toe boards and guard rails, install ties per design, add bracing per design.
- Internal verification: site supervisor walks the completed scaffold against the design before handing over for inspection.
- DOSH inspection: competent person inspects and tags (green tag). This can be our DOSH-certified competent person or your appointed inspector.
- Handover: approved scaffold handed over to the user with tag visible at access point and inspection logbook on site.
Reverse sequence.
- End-of-project survey: confirm scaffold ready for dismantling, user has vacated.
- Material removal in reverse of erection: bracing, ties, platforms, guard rails, transoms, ledgers, standards, jacks.
- Material sorting on site: tubes bundled by length, couplers in bins, jacks separated, planks stacked.
- Loading onto transport for return to yard or next project.
- Site clearance: all scaffolding material removed, work area cleared.
Who is on the site.
- Site supervisor (DOSH-certified competent scaffolder, holds green card).
- Erection crew (DOSH-certified scaffolders, 3-8 persons depending on scope).
- Rigger (for crane lifts of material to upper levels).
- Site safety officer (for larger jobs or where client specification requires).
The green card credential system.
Under the Factories and Machinery (BOWEC) Regulations 1986 and OSHA 1994, scaffolds in Malaysia must be erected, modified, and dismantled only by DOSH-certified competent scaffolders. The certification is evidenced by a green card issued after approved training and assessment. Our crew holds the right certifications for the work:

Green card is checked by DOSH officers during random site inspections. We maintain crew credentials on file and provide copies for client HSE submissions on request. Scaffolder shortage is real in the Malaysian market and we invest in training to maintain our bench.
