Scaffold green tag inspection in Malaysia.
DOSH-compliant scaffold inspection and green tag service for Malaysian sites. Weekly inspection by a DOSH-certified competent person, green or yellow or red tag affixed at the access point, inspection logbook maintained on site. Standalone service (we inspect scaffolds erected by other contractors) or bundled with our full scaffolding service. Compliant with DOSH Industry Code of Practice for Scaffolding and BOWEC Regulations 1986.
Three tag colours.
| Tag | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Green | Scaffold has been inspected within the required interval and is safe for use at the loading and configuration certified. | Normal use permitted. |
| Yellow | Restricted use. Specific limitations noted on the tag (e.g. limited loading, specific area off-limits, authorised persons only). | Use only within tag limitations. |
| Red | Do not use. Scaffold is being modified, has failed inspection, or has been damaged. | Do not use. Rectification required before re-inspection. |
Tag must be visible at every access point to the scaffold. Workers checking in should see the tag before stepping onto the scaffold.
