Material fleet.

• GI tubular pipe 48.3 mm OD, 4.0 mm wall, hot-dip galvanised, standard lengths 1.0 to 6.0 metres per BS EN 39.
• Couplers: double right-angle, swivel, sleeve joint, putlog, girder, parallel. All to BS EN 74 Class A.
• Jacks: adjustable base jack (0-600 mm), U-head jack for shoring, fixed base plates.
• Platforms: steel toe-board planks and timber planks, standard 225 mm wide.
• Edge protection: toe boards, guard rails (top and intermediate), cross bracing.
• Access: internal and external ladders, platform access hatches.
• Ties: through-ties, box ties, drilled anchor fittings.
• Netting: debris and safety netting on request.

How it works.

• Rental unit: per metric tonne of material per week, or per set of components per week, depending on scope.
• Minimum period: typically 1 month; shorter periods negotiable for high-volume rentals.
• Delivery: 1 to 3 working days for standard GI tubular packages from our Klang Valley yard. Larger quantities 1 week for stock preparation. Nationwide delivery available with freight at cost.
• Collection or return: we collect at end of rental; damaged or missing items charged at replacement cost per our schedule.
• Top-up: add material mid-rental as scope changes; same-day call-off within Klang Valley, 1-3 days outside.
• Payment: standard commercial terms, deposit, monthly invoicing.

If you started with rental only and later need PE certification, DOSH inspection, erection crew, or dismantling, we can add any of those mid-project. No need to recontract; we add the scope as a variation. Lead time for PE sign-off typically 1-2 weeks; inspection crew mobilisation within days; erection crew mobilisation 1-2 weeks.
