We don't maintain a permanent East Malaysia base, we mobilize for projects that justify the shipping and logistics. The proposition: bring Peninsular-grade specialist capability (six in-house slope systems, CIDB G7, ISO 9001:2015) to East Malaysian projects where local specialist coverage is thin.
Three project patterns make sense:
Hill-station and resort development. Mount Kinabalu access roads, Sabah highlands tourism platforms, Sarawak interior resort cuts. Specialist soil nailing and retaining systems on steep terrain.
Plantation road and estate access. Oil palm estate access through interior Sarawak and Sabah where slope works on plantation haul roads need durable engineering rather than recurrent re-grading.
