Design support, long-term allowable strength derivation per ISO 13431, and field troubleshooting come directly from STRATA's technical group, channelled through us. Most local suppliers stop at a spec sheet; we bring you the manufacturer's engineer when a non-standard project demands it.

If there's a supply issue (Starwall), design question, or installation defect (Infraconcrete), one group owns the answer. From design intent to commissioned wall.
Concept consultation
Send the project brief, geometry, soil report (if available). We respond with product recommendation, indicative grade selection, and budget estimate. No charge, no obligation.
Design support
For non-standard or large projects, STRATA's manufacturer engineering team, channelled through Infraconcrete, will issue full design calculations: stability check, allowable strength derivation per ISO 13431, FoS verification per BS 8006 / FHWA-NHI-10-024.
Procurement & delivery
Order placed, manufacturer certificate of conformance issued. Standard grades shipped from local stock; specialised grades drawn ex-factory. Delivery direct to site or staged storage in our Selangor facility.
Installation
Our CIDB G7 crews install per the consultant's drawing or our design-build scope. Continuous QA, geogrid placement, layer compaction, geotextile overlap, geocell tendon connection, geomembrane field welding with NDT.
Commissioning & documentation
As-built drawings, batch-traceable material records, NDT reports, manufacturer warranty letter. Submitted to consultant + authority for sign-off. Defect liability period commences.
