Our office is in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, the geographic centre of where most of our projects sit. The Klang Valley is Malaysia's densest concentration of construction activity: hillside townships on the Selangor fringe, highway corridors radiating out of KL (NSE, ELITE, KESAS, EKVE, SUKE, DUKE, LDP), basement excavations across PJ, Shah Alam, and Subang, and the constant programme of slope maintenance on existing infrastructure.
Three slope-problem patterns dominate the Valley:
Hillside developments on the urban fringe. Damansara, Mont Kiara, Bukit Antarabangsa, Ampang, Cheras, weathered granitic and meta-sedimentary slopes where new platforms cut into the hill. Soil nailing, retaining walls, and platform creation as one package.
Highway corridor maintenance and remediation. EKVE alone is 39.5 km of alignment we delivered. Add the slope works on every other expressway radiating out of KL, soil nailing, guniting, rock bolting, horizontal drains, all under live traffic.
