Every project has site-specific ground conditions, design constraints, loading, regulatory context, and risk profile that must be assessed by a qualified geotechnical or civil & structural engineer. The figures and ranges published on the Site are illustrative typical values from published industry literature and our own experience; they should not be relied upon to set fee proposals, tender prices, design parameters, or engineering decisions for any specific project without an independent professional engineering review.

Content ownership and acceptable use.

All text, images, photographs, illustrations, JSON-LD structured data, page layouts, and other content on the Site are the property of Infraconcrete Construction Sdn Bhd or its licensors (including STRATA Geosystems for distributed product content), and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. The Infraconcrete name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of Infraconcrete Construction Sdn Bhd.

You may:

• View the Site for personal or internal business research purposes
• Print or save individual pages for reference, provided all copyright notices are preserved
• Cite or quote short excerpts (under 50 words) with proper attribution to "Infraconcrete Construction Sdn Bhd, https://infraconcrete.co/"

You may not, without prior written permission from Infraconcrete:

• Reproduce, republish, scrape, or systematically copy substantial portions of the Site content
• Use the content for any commercial purpose, including incorporation into competing websites, training of AI models for commercial deployment, or paid content services
• Remove or modify any copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
• Use the Infraconcrete name, logo, or photographs in any way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without permission

What we are not liable for.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Infraconcrete Construction Sdn Bhd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated companies (including Starwall Sdn Bhd and the Panthera Group) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Site
• Reliance on any cost, specification, programme, or technical figure published on the Site for decisions you make without independent professional review
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content (we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not warrant it)
• Outdated content (engineering practice evolves; standards are updated; figures change over time)
• Unauthorised access to the Site, viruses, or malware affecting your device
• Loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, or any consequential losses
• Third-party content or links to external sites we reference

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Malaysian law.

The Site is not a contract.

The Site is a marketing and information resource. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to perform services, a binding quotation, a contractual specification, or a legally binding commitment by Infraconcrete to any visitor. If you wish to engage Infraconcrete for a project, the engagement is governed by a separate written contract, scope of work, or engagement letter executed by Infraconcrete and you (or your principal). Until such a written agreement is executed, no obligations on either party arise from any communications conducted through the Site (including WhatsApp messages, contact-form submissions, or budget-estimate replies).

Cost estimates we may share via WhatsApp or email in response to your enquiry are indicative budget ranges only, valid for 30 days, subject to detailed scope verification, and not binding offers. Formal proposals will be issued only after site assessment and scope agreement.

External references on the Site.

The Site may reference or link to third-party standards (BS, EN, FHWA, AASHTO, ACI, JKR), external authorities (JKR, LLM, MOW, KKR, JMG, DOSH, JBPM, DOE), or third-party services (Google Analytics, GitHub Pages, Fastly, WhatsApp). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Links to external sites are provided as a convenience for research; clicking through is at your own risk and subject to the destination site's terms.

References to engineering standards (e.g. "BS 8081", "FHWA-NHI-14-007", "JKR Slope Engineering Manual") are made for educational purposes; you should consult the actual standard documents directly for design or specification purposes.

Site is provided "as is".

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we use reasonable efforts to keep content current and accurate, we do not warrant:

• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times (it is hosted on GitHub Pages and routed through Fastly, both of which may experience occasional outages)
• That all content is current; standards are updated, project information evolves, regulations change
• That the Site is free of viruses, although we take reasonable security measures
• That figures (cost, capacity, programme) reflect current market conditions; they are based on our experience at the time of publication

What you must not do.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the underlying GitHub repository (if private), or our backend systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content beyond what is permitted for search engines (Googlebot, Bingbot, etc.) under our robots.txt
• Use automated tools (bots, AI agents) to interact with the Site at a rate that constitutes a denial-of-service or interferes with normal operation
• Use the Site content to train commercial AI models for resale or competing service offerings
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in communications with us through the Site
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or abusive messages

Personal data handling.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Google Analytics 4 terms.

Malaysian law applies.

These terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion; failing resolution within 60 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation under the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) Mediation Rules before proceeding to litigation.

Final provisions.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any project-specific engagement letter) constitute the entire agreement between you and Infraconcrete in respect of your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect when terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
