01 / Borneo applications
Pan Borneo load support, Crocker hillside, plantation roads.
- Pan Borneo Highway load support over peat: StrataWeb 150-200 mm filled with crushed aggregate, on biaxial geogrid + nonwoven separator. Reduces aggregate thickness 30-50 percent vs unreinforced design per K-factor framework.
- Crocker Range hillside vegetated cut facings (Sabah): StrataWeb 100-150 mm with topsoil and native grass mix; soil nail anchorage for very steep cuts. Sabah moderate seismicity considered in slope-stability analysis.
- Plantation access road platforms: load support over weak peat and alluvial subgrade for oil palm plantation network access.
- Mining tailings storage facility slope facings: vegetated face on outer slopes of impoundments.
- Bintulu SCORE industrial belt working platforms: load support over alluvial soft ground.
