Mukim Sentul in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, is a township and residential development corridor in the state's principal urban area. Our group delivered geotechnical and geosynthetic-related scope on platform development in this area. The project illustrates the application of our standard township-platform capability outside the Klang Valley.
Negeri Sembilan urban platform development.
Seremban is the principal urban centre of Negeri Sembilan and has been a steady residential and commercial development corridor over the post-2000 development cycle. The geology of the Seremban area includes residual soil derived from underlying granite and meta-sediment bedrock, with subgrade conditions broadly comparable to southern Klang Valley. Mukim Sentul sits within the wider Seremban district administered by Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS).

Out-of-Klang-Valley platform delivery.
Operating outside Klang Valley adds logistics considerations to platform delivery: supply chain length for STRATA-branded geosynthetic materials, crew rotation, plant deployment, and supervision visit frequency. The Starwall-Infraconcrete grouping is configured to deliver across Peninsular Malaysia from the Petaling Jaya HQ, with project-specific staging arrangements for materials and crew where the project location warrants. The Mukim Sentul project illustrates this delivery model in Negeri Sembilan.
